Stacie - Practice Liaison; Stacie has been in dentistry full time for over 25 years and serving the patients of Williamsburg Periodontics since 1989. Stacie is very passionate about the relationships and lifelong friendships built with many patients and general dental offices over the years. Stacie is now working part time in this practice. She is enjoying running her own consignment furniture business recently opened in Gloucester/Hayes, VA where she also lives. Stacie’s role at Williamsburg Periodontics is to keep communication and relationships strong between us, our patients, and the general dentist we work with. “My greatest pleasure in life is to see people smile”.

Pamela – Billing/Insurance Coordinator; Pamela started in the dental field 16yrs ago, and has worked for Williamsburg Periodontics since 2006. Some of her hobbies include exercising/running and playing with her two grandsons. What she enjoys most about her job is making a difference in people’s lives, seeing the before and after results. “It is rewarding to build lasting relationships with our patient’s, we do have great patients”! Pamela’s primary role is to guide our patients through the complexity of their dental insurance and all billing related matters.

Kristin – Surgical Assistant; Originally form New Jersey, Kristin has over 10 years experience in the periodontal field and has worked for Williamsburg Periodontics since 2007. Kristin passion is spending time with her daughter Lily, her dog Chevy, and traveling to the mountains. Kristin plans to return to school in the near future to become a dental hygienist. What she enjoys most about her job is the relationships formed with patients and participating in the improvement of their oral health.

Gretchen – Dental Assistant; A certified dental assistant for the past 10 years, Gretchen has been with Dr. Schroer since 2005. " I believe in providing patients the best care possible and to make sure they feel comfortable and at ease with their dental care". When not working, Gretchen enjoys spending time with her husband and two year old son. She is also an avid crafter and has created her own side business making beautiful beaded jewelry.
